how important is the flower bouquet on ur wedding? well, pretty much. it makes the bride look more merrier i did mine on my own. cos its cheaper and it wasnt that difficult to do anyway. but bear in mind, i opted for a more simple flower bouquet since i’m a minimalist.

bride needs to be well aware of the type of flower bouquet they should choose

if u are ; -

1) tall – u can choose a more elaborated flower bouquet

2) petite – choose a more smaller flower bouquet so that it doesnt “drown” you

3) plus size – choose a bigger flower bouquet. if u choose a small one, it will make u appear bigger. its all about the optical illusion

this was mine. plain and simple – just the way i like it

i have no idea on proper flower arrangements, but i kinda like what i did the other day. hehe.

all u need are nice flowers and tall transparent vases, then use ur imagination and try it out! tall transparent vases makes the arrangement look more “urban”, imho. i like it plain and simple. yes i am a minimalist

found this idea @ at recent wedding of a friend. love this idea and it is great to decorate ur home or ur room for ur big day. all u need is a big bowl of water, flower and some scented candles!

after attending a few weddings recently and nicking some fresh flowers at the end of it, ive decided im gonna do my own flower bouquet for my wedding. it aint that easy but it aint rocket science either. i did a lil experiement with them flowers that i took from the wedding, and it turned out good.

now, im doing my homeworks on flower bouquets to get some ideas. the pictures on the post are some of those that tickle me fancy

I found another color option for my intended “purple wedding”.

A purple-white outfit.

i saw a Palatinate purple lacey which totally compliments white satin the other day. I sorta fell in love with the color combi instantly. I had a picture in my head that it would definitely look awesome if the outfit were to be made into pic 1) and me holding flower bouquet in pic 2)
