Managed to scout around for the merisik ring and engagement ring. Almost hit the ceiling when I saw engagement ring that cost about 2k +++.

Personally, I’d rather have a simple engagement ring and a nicer(or bigger) wedding ring (esp the one from the diamond district). I guess malay tradition is different from the western tradition where they’d get the biggest rock for engagement and just a wedding band for their wedding

i kinda have the rough idea on what i want for my engagement ring. and no, it aint gonna cost me a bomb, definitely

You’re buying your own engagement ring? Isn’t it supposed to be your fiance who should be buying and choosing your ring?

My girlfriend told me she wants a plain white gold band and a small diamond set on it. Less than a carat would do. That wouldn’t be much, right?

What’s your engagement ring gonna look like?

i guess different countries have different cultures when it comes to matrimonial ceremonies,even on who should be getting the ring

at the end of the day, you just wanna please the receiver of the ring right? either the man choose and get it for her, or she choose and the man still get it for her hehehe

i have yet to decide on mine. the price tag aint helping hahahaha
